Hello again new friends. The discussion for today is regarding everything to do with how to strengthen your mental health or what we referred to as last week mental well being. More specifically how we can grow our community both online and offline.

As we grow more as a society around the topic of mental health, it's important to strengthen your journey by finding a group of likeminded people who you can make reflections with. You may ask “why is this important for me?”. One of the world's most famous writers sums it up perfectly by stating “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much - Hellen Keller”(Fisher,2023). To simplify that we NEED each other to strive.
Now I already know what you are thinking…”But how do we join a community?”, and I was hoping you would ask that, as this is the perfect place to start. Speak up has groups you can engage in and personalized events that are posted every week. One of the easiest ways to build a community online is by simply engaging with others. This can mean participating in conversations being held on our website or joining one of our group therapy sessions. By participating in these things it can give you ideas about what is the best community for you to join.
